Holds his B.S. and M.B.A. from Suffolk University, and an M.P.A. from the University of Maine at Orono. He has taught previously at Thomas College from 1973-85, and most recently at the University of New England from 1990-98, where he won numerous awards for his teaching and service. Currently, Mr. Souza is working on his Doctorate in Management.
