Teaching Philosophy

Combine contemporary academic thought, passion for human resources, interactive exercies & case studies, challenging assignments mixed with real life scenarios and best practices for optimal learning & business application. My classes are geared for the adult learner, which means come to class ready to participate, articulate independent thinking and be open to diverse opinions. I am less of a traditional teacher and more of a facilitator, coach & mentor for HR, leadership and personal discovery & enlightenment.
