Teaching Philosophy:
Our job is not so much to teach the students, as it is to help them learn.  In order to learn they need direction, support, and motivation; the professor comes in to provide these needs. I believe very strongly in motivating students.

Personal Comments:
I hope to help young people develop competence and confidence combined with goodwill. This will provide for their future and the future of our communities.
