COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The objective of this course is to enable managers to return to their businesses ready to access the Internet and use it for communicating, sales, marketing, research, human resource development and customer relations. The use and management of Internet areas such as email, Telnet, FTP, WWW, firewalls, security and encryption are covered.
By the end of the course, the student should:
