With MS Word XP

Start – Programs – Word

File – Save as Web page – Give page a name

Create a background – Format – Background –

Choices = Colors or fill effects

Create a title – Center – Use a large font

Insert – Picture – Clip art or From File

Create a hyperlink – Highlight text or picture – Click

on hyperlink button – type in URL

Create an email link – Highlight text or picture –

Click on hyperlink button – Type in

Insert a table – Table – Insert – Choose your size

Saving your page to the web – File – Save as – Go to

Internetdocs – Go to last initial – go to name – save

Saving icons, pictures, graphics, animations for your

web page – Go to Google – Type in “Free Graphics

and Icons” – Find ones you want – Save by putting

mouse over picture, click RIGHT mouse button –

Choose save picture as – and put it in the same file

with your web page
